GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES
- Must sign waiver prior to unloading your horse at the North Arena Office & pay $5 per horse per day.
- Waivers can be found on the announcer’s booth as well as payment drop box.
- To confirm the arena is not reserved check the equine event schedule.
- Arena will be worked three times a week.
- Ride at your own risk.
- Please no arena props unless all riders in the arena all are comfortable with them.
- No lights will be turned on.
- Please clean up after your horse and around your trailer.
- Pick up all manure and hay, take it home with you.
- A $50 fee may be assessed to those in violation of this rule.
- All horses on the grounds must be traveling with all appropriate paperwork and may be asked for Coggins, Health, or Brand Inspection by Fairgrounds Staff.
- We strongly recommend helmets.
- Kootenai County 4-H Horse Groups are welcome to come ride as a group at no charge. To ensure the space is all yours please reserve the arena 2 weeks in advance with the office. If reservations are not made you will need to share the space.
- Violation of any rules will result in loss of all riding privileges at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds and/or clean up fees.
