The North Idaho State Fair and Gem State Stampede will be holding its 15th annual Chicks n Chaps event, a Women’s Only Rodeo Clinic presented by the Coeur d'Alene Casino on Friday August 25, 2023, at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds. All proceeds will benefit local people fighting breast cancer and the Fair & Rodeo Foundation.
